How can I get the most out of my wellness break?

The thermal experience allows you to enjoy our facilities until we close at 10p.m. You can enjoy our 4 baths (hot, cold and temperate), 4 unique saunas, outdoor and indoor relaxation areas. We also have a restaurant with outdoor patio and lounge.

You can also add a massage or body treatment to your day. Check with the front desk to see if there are any available treatments or book ahead online or through reservations 204.284.6868.

The site is reserved for guests 16 years and over.

Your first massage? Your first body treatment?

We are open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., as our goal is to provide the optimal spa experience for our guests, we sometimes need to set up a waiting list for site access. (excluding booked spa treatments).  We will update our Facebook page if we reach capacity.

What to bring?

The big question

We provide a towel and a locker. You should bring your bathing suit and sandals. You can also bring your bathrobe, rent one for the day or buy one at our boutique. We recommend you bring a reusable water bottle (glass containers prohibited), water fountains are available on site. Items such as bathing suit, sandals, reusable bottles, bathrobes can also be purchased at the boutique.

The house also recommends you bring reading material, sunglasses, lip balm, and sunscreen in the summer. In the winter, add a warm hat to your list.

Dear Guests,
We would like to inform you that the Iceber Waterfall and Polarber Pool will be completely closed for scheduled maintenance from Tuesday May 21 until Thursday May 23. On Friday May 24 the Polarber Pool will be open and the Iceber Waterfall will remain closed. Please enjoy our summer cold water buckets and outdoor shower for your cold thermal cycle. We apologize for the noise that may occur throughout the day and invite you to make your experience more social – our silence policy has been lifted for these two days.

Saturday May 24, both the Iceber Waterfall and Polarber Pool will re-open.

Should I reserve?

Please note that we do not take reservations for the thermal experience. For massages and/or treatments and groups, we recommend reserving three weeks ahead for best availability. (booking a treatment ensures you access to the Thermal experience if we reach capacity)

Meals, drinks, spa items…Pay for your purchases with your electronic wristband!

When you arrive at the spa, you will be given an electronic wristband to pay for your purchases onsite and to unlock your locker.

It’s a great way to avoid having to carry your wallet around the site and risk losing it. We’ve thought of everything so you can fully enjoy your experience.

Tips to keep your swimsuit in good condition

  • Choose an inexpensive swimsuit for the spa.
  • Wash your swimsuit in clear water after each use.
  • Wash your swimsuit by hand in lukewarm water, using a gentle soap.
  • Never put your swimsuit in the washer or dryer.
  • Never dry your swimsuit in the sun.
  • You shouldn’t leave your swimsuit rolled up in a plastic bag for more than a few hours. Take it out of the bag as soon as you get home.
  • By following these tips, you will prevent salt, sand, chlorine and sunlight from prematurely ruining your swimsuit.
