What to bring?

Your spa essentials

To promote a safe experience with the highest sanitary standards, we have reviewed the process of your arrival to ensure that your experience is completely stress-free.

We ask you to please leave your personal belongings at home and bring your electronic ticket with you. We’ll take care of the rest. 

Starting at the reception with automatic doors, your digital check-in and picking up your bathrobe & towels in the locker, the majority of your experience will be contactless to ensure proper distancing.

For an optimal experience, we recommend that you bring a bottle of water already filled, as our water fountains are currently closed.

Planning for your first massage or body care treatment?

Getting a massage or body care treatment is a special experience. We want to ensure that you get the most out of your moment of relaxation, which is why we’ve compiled a list of everything you need to know.

Please note: for gratuity purposes, we ask you to provide an exact amount of cash since money exchanges will not be available for the time being.

Worry-free on-site purchases

Meals, drinks, gifts, rituals… pay for it all with your electronic wristband! 

On the day of your visit, you will be given an electronic wristband to open your locker. The wristband is also used to pay for your purchases on site. This not only helps to keep you safe by reducing contact and providing you with a touchless experience, it also allows you to leave your wallet safely in your locker.
