Thermëa's code of conduct

For everyone’s wellbeing!

In order to provide you with the best relaxation experience possible, Thermëa asks guests to observe the following code of conduct throughout their visit.

  • Quiet conversation is permitted in most outdoor areas. Please be aware of the signage and remember to be respectful of those around you.
  • Silence is mandatory inside all pavilions so that all guests may enjoy an authentic wellness experience.
  • To preserve an atmosphere of relaxation, we ask that guests wear only bathing suits and bathrobes on the site. The bathing suit must offer sufficient coverage, for men as well as women.
  • Guests must wear sandals and a shirt or bathrobe covering the shoulders or upper body in our Restö.
  • For hygienic reasons, please use a towel to sit in our dry saunas.
  • Our establishment is proud to offer a non-smoking environment, including a ban on e-cigarettes, vaping, cannabis, and any other kind of smoking device.
  • Behaviour deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated (e.g. exaggerated displays of affection, aggressive behaviour towards our staff or other guests, intoxication due to alcohol or other drugs, including cannabis).
  • We ask that guests refrain from using their phones or cameras either on site or in the locker rooms for the privacy of all our guests. Take this moment to disconnect!
  • The site is reserved to those aged 16 years old and over. Guests may be asked to present an identification card to access the site.
  • We request that guests refrain from bringing in outside food or alcohol. We reserve the right to ask guests who do so to leave the site.
  • For safety reasons, glass water bottles are not allowed on the site.
  • Thermëa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • No refund will be issued for inconveniences due to weather conditions.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises if spa etiquette is not respected, without any compensation on our part.

Please note

We are not responsible for any lost, forgotten, damaged, or stolen personal items, either on the site or in your locker or car.

Since we cannot control changing weather conditions, electrical outages or water main breaks, no compensation will be given in the event that our baths and saunas are closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
