First, we recommend booking your massage in advance to ensure a massage therapist will be available. You can also indicate your preference for a male or female massage therapist. Take advantage of advance booking to share your needs with our booking agents so that they can recommend the best massage for you.
On the day of your visit, you can say head up to our relaxation lounge 15mins before your massage to fill out a health questionnaire and drink a calming tea. If you chose a package that includes the thermal experience, you can enjoy it before and/or after your massage. The choice is yours.
The massage therapist assigned to you will come find you in the relaxation lounge to direct you to the massage room. Once you have set foot inside, you will be immersed in an atmosphere of relaxation. You will be welcomed by an enveloping heat, soft background music, subdued lighting, and the scent of the essential oil you have chosen. Truly, everything is in place to let you experience a moment of pure happiness. Make yourself at home for the next few minutes. Let yourself go completely.
Although it is best to have a massage without any clothing, we respect the choice of our clients who prefer to keep their undergarments on. Remember, you will be covered at all times by a sheet to respect your privacy, and only the part of your body to be massaged will be uncovered.
To augment your experience, you can personalize your massage by choosing from among three essential oils and opting for either silence or background ambience music. Choose from among sweet orange, eucalyptus and black spruce, or lavender. Each carries its own properties that contribute to your overall well-being during the massage.
Sweet orange: soothing, astringent, vivifying, restores the skin’s brightness
Eucalyptus and black spruce: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, alleviates rheumatism and muscle injuries, improves respiratory condition
Lavender: calming, soothing, improves sleep, reduces anxiety and stress
To fully appreciate your massage and draw the maximum benefit from it, we recommend you speak with your massage therapist throughout the massage. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, identify your pain, express your specific needs, and ask him/her to adjust the force of his/her touch. By regularly expressing your needs, your expectations will be better understood by the professional for your satisfaction.

If you take medication or have certain specific health problems (e.g. cancer), it may be best to avoid therapeutic treatment. Your massage therapist may ask for a note from your doctor. You must explain your state of health to your massage therapist, particularly by writing precise information on the health questionnaire. We ask all clients to fill out this form before their massage.

You can benefit from a massage even if you do not wish to complete the thermal experience.
