Thermal experience

Thermëa's thermal experience offers options for moms to be. They can enjoy without concern all our indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, as well as all our temperate and cold baths.

Regarding the saunas and hot baths, since major heat variations are not recommended, they can be used during pregnancy but for short sessions only. Of course, your health care professionnal will be the best placed to advise you on the appropriate facilities for your pregnancy. We also invite you to take note of the baths and saunas temperatures. Massages and treatments

Massage during pregnancy is great for relieving pain in the lower back, sciatic nerve, neck, shoulders and legs. At Thermëa, we developed a special massage for expectant mothers, focusing on its specific needs. It is performed while lying on the side, with several cushions for maximum comfort.

A pregnant woman can also enjoy some of our body treatments, those who do not require lying on her stomach. Available treatments are our face and foot treatments.

Although the benefits of the spa for expectant mothers are proven by numerous studies, it is important to consult your doctor before visiting us to confirm which services are appropriate for your situation. In addition, the Mom to be massage will be offered only to women who are more than three months pregnant, and we recommend waiting the same time to come enjoy our spa facilities.
